Have you ever made organic brown rice and had some leftover in the fridge for a day or two and not know what to do with it.  Or maybe you’re sitting at home right now, on your couch, laptop on your lap and you’re wishing you had something sweet.  Either way here is a great cheap and quick recipe you can make and enjoy time and time again.  Its one of my favorites.

You’ll need:

1 1/2 cups cooked organic brown rice or 1 cup of cooked organic brown rice and 1/2 cup of cooked unsalted organic quinoa
1 cup organic full fat 100% coconut milk
1/2 cup organic almond or raw milk
3 tablespoons shredded dried organic coconut
1/3 cup organic maple syrup
1/4 cup organic raisins
1/8 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped raw almonds, flax seed powder, and pumpkin seeds.

1. Combine all your ingredients (except almonds and seeds) in a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until creamy.
2. Top off with almonds and seeds.
3. Best served warm, you can add some raw whipped cream if you are into raw cream!
